I just wanted to remind everyone that today is Stamp Out Hunger. So do some good ,fill up a bag, and leave your nonperishible food items by your mailbox.

Stamp Out Hunger

This Saturday May 8th is Stamp Out the Hunger!

Here's how it works:
1. Place non-perishable food products in a bag.
2.Leave at a mailbox on Saturday may 8th.
3.Your letter carrier will pick up and deliver to
local food banks and pantries.

How easy is that!
As a couponer I can use my skills to get so many things for free or almost free.
Why not use those skills and donate to those who are in need.

My Donation Box

In my garage I have been keeping a box of items that I plan on donating to a local food bank. My idea was to fill the box every month with items and then take it in at the end of the month. It's been there for three months now. I have the best intentions of taking the box but it seems like every time I try to do it something comes up. My goal for next week is to actually take it. Maybe by writing about it here I will be motivated to actually do it. I'll take a picture of it and report back.
